This course introduces you to Elevate’s purpose, structure, and how it connects directly to your success in the field. You’ll explore the four core learning pillars Industry, Product, Systems, and Sales and see how each one builds your confidence, credibility, and performance.

Through this short onboarding experience, you’ll learn how to navigate Elevate, access your assigned learning paths, and track your progress through gamified rewards and recognition. Most importantly, you’ll see how Elevate was created with you, for you shaped by the insights and feedback of Payroc’s top performers.

By the end of this course, you’ll understand not only how to use Elevate, but how it will accelerate your professional growth, help you sell smarter, and keep you connected to Payroc’s evolving ecosystem of solutions and support.
